Absolutely one of the best bakeries around. All of their products are great; but epi bread; on Saturdays only; is a must. Nothing like it around. A pull apart baguette of sorts that is the perfect addition to any picnic. Our family and friends have spent many a hot summers day on the beach at the river sharing epi bread. YUM!!!

This is the best French bread in the Bay Area which is saying a lot for this native. I wish this bakery was open seven days a week.

Their bread is always so fresh (usually still warm from the oven 😍) and so absolutely delicious. I love when they offer their special teacakes, those have become a favorite of mine. I even have sent one home with my boyfriend who lives in Texas when he came to visit.

Amazing bakery, friendly staff and a warm local atmosphere. Highly recommend.They have specialty baguettes that change almost every day. These are my favorite.

Everything here is outstanding. I'd put them up against anyone. The focaccia and spent grain are personal favorites.

Check the expiration date! Went in today 12/13/18, my first visit. As I walked in I smelled the delicious bread and saw the rolling bread carts behind the counters. So I was excited to try out this place. I approached, the young lady at the counter and I pointed to the bread I wanted, which was behind her. She told me to get the bread by the entrance, on the shelves. I grabbed one, thinking it was same day bread. I paid for it, brought it home to share with my family. We all noticed it was it was tough to cut and tasted stale. Then I found a date of 12/2/2018 on the bottom. I would expect something this old from a grocery store, not a local daily bakery. Regardless, I gave the extra star for the fresh bread smell as you walk in.

Very rude service. There are much better bakeries with great service close by.

This is a gem of Sonoma county. The Irish Soda Bread, when available, is the best I have had. Hands down. Ethical ingredients, really kind staff. We love this place

Beth has created a very special French bakery, just simple stone oven baked great breads, totally delicious cinnamon rolls on saturdays. Just wish there was more time in the week they could open their doors.

Amazing breads, and a rotating menu so there is something different very day. Most (possibly all) are baked in their wood-fired oven. My only complaint is that they are cash-only.
